Bioethics

From what I know of Bioethics, it is to make the world a so called "better place." To eliminate sickness and diseases. It is to use ethics in medical and biological research to create change for the better. There are both pros and cons to Bioethics. If we are speaking in terms of mothers trying to prevent disease in their children, I can see why using medical research could solve that problem. Some scientists are trying to take out specific cells and discarding the rest of the baby. The problem with this is that, it is basically abortion. You are taking something from the baby and then killing it afterwards. I do not agree with that. God gave that baby a life for a reason, and is was not created to be tested around with in a test tube in a laboratory.

This pursuit of knowledge can be dangerous because it appears to be a method that completely uses children and then discarding them after. I mean, yes, they are not killing them once they are born but they are killing innocent children in their time of development. Abortion: the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first 28 weeks of pregnancy. This is what these scientist are doing to these helpless children (dictionary.com). To some people, this could poorly represent the scientists that are hard at work today.

I do not support bioethics in the context of taking things from children and then killing them after. However, I do support and applaud our modern day scientists for trying to advance upon different things and attempting to solve some of the many mysteries of different diseases in this corrupt world.
